It’s a philosophy that fits, as Candy specializes in helping businesses improve team relationships to increase productivity. As Vice President of Organizational Development, Candy provides consulting and behavioral assessments to determine team dynamics.
She identifies the strengths, weaknesses, motivational factors, leadership traits, hidden motivators, and communication styles to help strengthen the individual members of those teams. Using Lominger’s Leadership Architect® and Voices® 360°, Candy is also able to assess where individuals and organizations measure in 67 key business competencies, including their relationship to emotional quotient, learning agility, and the “Big 8” (factors in high demand for success, but short supply).
Working with leadership to create and implement development plans will increase personal and organizational effectiveness for both soft skills and business competencies. Candy is passionate about improving team collaboration, communication, and meeting organization objectives.
