Dorothy has been an administrative professional for over 40 years. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in business education and earned her Certified Administrative Professional designation from the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
Former positions included working as a secretary in the College of Nursing’s Continuing Education Division and in the University Hospital’s Department of Orthopedic Surgery at The University of Arizona for five years. She also served as the assistant to five deans in the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University before retiring after 32 years.
She takes great pride in the career path she chose and it is a path she continues to enjoy as minutes recorder for advisory boards under the auspices of Board Developer.
