Distinguished Finance and Operations Executive Named President of Board Developer
Board Developer is pleased to announce Lisa Kelley has been named as President. Kelley is a Senior Finance and Operations Executive with success in the electronics, telecommunications, manufacturing, and consumer goods industries.
As President, Lisa Kelley leads the organization’s overall strategic vision and ensures continuous improvement of business processes and execution. Additionally, she oversees client-facing activities and directs staff to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved with Board Developer clients.

Lisa Kelley brings over 25 years of experience working at multi-billion dollar publicly traded and private-equity global companies to the Board Developer team. A top-performing Senior Finance and Operations Executive, she possesses cross-functional talents in financial discipline, leadership, strategy, vision, growth, organizational restructuring, and alignment. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Global Logistics and Transportation at Avnet, Inc. (AVT), a Fortune 500 company. Kelley is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Global Management Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
