Karen Daniels

Karen Daniels has over 40 years of experience in Operations and High-level management positions in a variety of public and privately held companies. Karen has worked in many diverse industries including commercial electronics, contract manufacturers for electronics and biotech companies, and pharmaceutical development. In her last role she was instrumental in bringing lifesaving drugs through development, FDA approval, and commercial manufacturing.

Over the years, Karen has turned around, stabilized and catalyzed growth for numerous companies and divisions by assessing competitive position and selecting appropriate strategic initiatives. She works collaboratively by generated organizational support for goals and objectives. One of her core strengths is identifying and orchestrating significant change at all levels of an organization resulting in increased value for all shareholders, employees, and partners.

Over her career, Karen has also been a key player for companies involved in M & A activities, IPO and private capital raises.
