Scott Page
Chairman of the Board
Scott Page has over 40 years of Commercial Banking Experience. He is currently the CEO of Central Bank and Trust, Colorado Springs, CO. Prior to his current position, Scott served as CEO of CoBiz Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of CoBiz Financial, as of December 31, 2018, where he served as CEO since 2014. He had previously served as market President – Colorado since joining the bank in 2009. Scott had responsibility for overseeing the bank’s strategic direction for growth. He served on the bank’s Board of Directors as well as Chairman of Loan Committee. Prior to joining Central Bank and Trust, Scott served in Executive positions at Financial Institutions throughout Denver. Scott has served on many boards over the years including several charitable boards. He currently serves on the Board of an innovative outsourced Telecom Consulting firm, Zlinq.
Scott received his BBA (‘80) and MBA (‘83) from the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Business, and is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Banking.
Jim Hayden

Jim knows the steps required to transform a small business into a big business, and his consummate record of success transcends the business challenges faced by the most demanding industries. Prior to forming Board Developer, Jim spent 20 years as head of the largest ambulance provider in the Country, a company with 2,600 employees and $300 million in annual revenue.
Mike Lowe
Deputy General Manager and Chief Customer Executive, Salt River Project
Michael Lowe is the retired Deputy General Manager and Chief Customer Executive for SRP, after almost 40 years of dedicated service. With a staff of 2,000 and an annual budget of $650 million, he oversaw various departments including advanced metering infrastructure sales, call centers, billing, collections, power distribution, grid modernization, and water delivery. Mr. Lowe’s expertise in technology and customer service led him to re-engineer SRP’s customer service delivery, both physically and digitally, creating a rewarding and pleasant experience for customers. He implemented effective governance and tailored service offerings to meet the unique needs of different customer segments.
Mr. Lowe also played a pivotal role in introducing prepaid metering, time-of-use pricing programs, utility-owned payment kiosks, and an energy efficiency program at SRP. His leadership contributed to SRP receiving numerous JD Power Awards for customer satisfaction and certification for their call centers. Mr. Lowe’s educational background includes a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Stanislaus, and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University. He resides in Tempe, Arizona, with his wife and two grown sons.
Adam Miller
CFO, Barron Lighting Group
Mr. Miller is a financial executive with broad experience in finance, accounting, auditing, personnel and operational management. He has hands-on experience with real estate, manufacturing, distribution, ERP Implementations, business valuation, financial and litigation consulting and asset-based financing.
Adam is currently Chief Financial officer and Executive Vice President of Barron Lighting Group. He joined Barron in May of 2010 as its Chief Financial Officer and has been responsible for all financial reporting and cash management functions while overseeing many of the the operational aspects of the company through a thirteen-year growth period that has seen the company almost triple in revenues, facilities and personnel. Adam previously held management and executive positions with Arthur Andersen LLP, KPMG LLP, Clifton Gunderson LLP and Scott Communities.
Adam is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors The Crossroads (board member since January, 2015 and previously served as Treasurer) and Treasurer of the Arizona Chapter of Financial Executives International (board member since 2014 and past president (2015-2016)). He is a former board member for the Arizona Humane Society (2015-2017) , the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA 2013 – 2015) and past chairman for the ASCPA’s Business Valuation Conference, Business Valuation Committee and Information Technology Committee.
Mr. Miller received his Bachelors of Accountancy from Bentley College in Massachusetts and became a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona in 1989. Mr. Miller is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in the Business Valuation discipline of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Adam was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and relocated to Arizona in 1987. Adam currently lives in Tempe, Arizona with his wife Lori and their pets Hope Elizabeth (dog) and Chloe (cat). He enjoys travel, golf, cooking, woodworking and is a Corvette (the car) enthusiast.
Rena Huber
Rena Huber, President of Rena Huber Consulting, LLC, creates extraordinary results for her clients. As a business coach, she uses her business experience, expertise, and insights to develop individualized strategies and action plans that result in success for her clients. Having worked with more than 300 business owners and business executives, her unique blend of strategy, action planning and accountability has been a major force in guiding her clients to move forward and achieve amazing results.
As a noted business coach, speaker and mentor, Rena uses strategy, action plans and accountability to create individualized plans for each client. Using a unique combination of business experience and insights, Rena brings a special and successful approach to any situation.
Rena has extensive experience in helping business and business owners achieve amazing results. As the Director of the highly acclaimed APS AAAME program from 2000-2013, Rena used her vision, experience and passion to help others to lead a two year mentoring program that worked with hundreds of companies, impacting thousands of employees in the Arizona business community. This intensive and successful program utilized a powerful combination of mentoring, training and group work that produced award winning results for many companies. In 2014, she co-founded Thrive at 55, a highly successful conference for women, held at the Desert Botanical Garden. She has also worked with Vistage International from 2014-2016 as a Vistage Chair.
Rena has served on many boards focusing on small business and women issues, including Arizona Small Business Association, Southwestern Business Financing Corporation, Athena Powerlink, National Bank of Arizona Women’s Financial Group, ASU Spirit of Enterprise Sprit Team to name a few. She served as the President of Greater Phoenix SCORE from 2011-2013. Rena received the Andy Shepherd award in 2013, the top SCORE award for her leadership as well as being named a top 10 finalist for the Athena Award in 2005 and 2006. Rena was also the 2011 National Bank of Arizona Woman of the Year.
In 2024, Rena was invited to join Charter 100, an influential and highly acclaimed group of successful women based in Arizona.
Rena arrived in Arizona in 1981 and started her career with Bechtel Construction in purchasing at the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant. She has worked in a variety of business units and increasingly impactful supply chain roles within the electric utility industry and has attained lifetime designation as a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Supply Chain Management. Rena is skilled in team development, strategic planning, negotiation and supplier development. She is also a sought after speaker for small and large audiences, bringing her unique spark, wisdom and insight for all to share.
Married for 41 years to Jack, she enjoys traveling, reading, mah jongg, golf, meeting new people, seeing new places and helping all to THRIVE in their daily lives.
Rick Johnson

Rick Johnson brings over 40 years’ experience to his role at Board Developers. His expertise spans
business and sales management, strategic planning, and marketing development, and has served companies and organizations of all sizes. He has held integral leadership positions throughout his career, including President of a $6 million technical professional services company, National Vice President of Sales and Marketing for two $2+ million professional services firms, and Vice President of U.S. Sales at Avaya, where he was responsible for over $1 billion in annual sales.
Rick and his partner launched AZ Growth Advisors in 2004 after his second attempt at retirement – just not in his nature. They provide peer advisory services for over 100 Arizona-based companies and 125 Executives from those companies focusing on profitable growth and leveraging business thought leader best practices.
Rick is a trusted strategic advisor and confidant to C-level executives, CEOs/Owners, Boards of Directors and Leadership Teams. He brings seasoned business acumen and experience across multiple industries and with small to large businesses while specializing in serving small and mid-market companies.
Street smart, Rick provides hands-on leadership ability to advise on building, turn-arounds, and reorganizing businesses. With a primary goal of consistent, managed profitable growth, he aids business leaders to drive revenue, improve profitability, mitigate risk and optimize efficiency across both robust and volatile business cycles.
Rick is well regarded for distilling complex business issues into creative, pragmatic, and actionable solutions; building and navigating diverse stakeholder relationships and developing high-performance teams.
A graduate of the University of New Mexico with a fine arts degree in architecture and is a certified coach previously with Gazelles International and currently with Gravitas Impact Premium Coaches. Over his career he has served on over twenty Boards of Directors in community service, not-for-
profit and for-profit organizations.
Rick and his bride of 52 years, Kristine, reside in central Phoenix; have two grown children and four grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
