Chairman of the Board

CEO, Central Bank and Trust


Scott Page has over 40 years of Commercial Banking Experience. He is currently the CEO of Central Bank and Trust, Colorado Springs, CO. Prior to his current position, Scott served as CEO of CoBiz Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of CoBiz Financial, as of December 31, 2018, where he served as CEO since 2014. He had previously served as market President – Colorado since joining the bank in 2009. Scott had responsibility for overseeing the bank’s strategic direction for growth. He served on the bank’s Board of Directors as well as Chairman of Loan Committee. Prior to joining Central Bank and Trust, Scott served in Executive positions at Financial Institutions throughout Denver. Scott has served on many boards over the years including several charitable boards. He currently serves on the Board of an innovative outsourced Telecom Consulting firm, Zlinq.

Scott received his BBA (‘80) and MBA (‘83) from the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Business, and is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Banking.

Jim Hayden

Prior to forming Board Developer, Jim spent 20 years as head of the largest ambulance provider in the Country, a company with 2,600 employees and $300 million in annual revenue.

Mike Lowe


 Deputy General Manager and Chief Customer Executive, Salt River Project

 

Michael Lowe is the retired Deputy General Manager and Chief Customer Executive for SRP, after almost 40 years of dedicated service. With a staff of 2,000 and an annual budget of $650 million, he oversaw various departments including advanced metering infrastructure sales, call centers, billing, collections, power distribution, grid modernization, and water delivery. Mr. Lowe’s expertise in technology and customer service led him to re-engineer SRP’s customer service delivery, both physically and digitally, creating a rewarding and pleasant experience for customers. He implemented effective governance and tailored service offerings to meet the unique needs of different customer segments.

Mr. Lowe also played a pivotal role in introducing prepaid metering, time-of-use pricing programs, utility-owned payment kiosks, and an energy efficiency program at SRP. His leadership contributed to SRP receiving numerous JD Power Awards for customer satisfaction and certification for their call centers. Mr. Lowe’s educational background includes a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Stanislaus, and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University. He resides in Tempe, Arizona, with his wife and two grown sons.

Adam Miller


CFO, Barron Lighting Group 

 

Mr. Miller is a financial executive with broad experience in finance, accounting, auditing, personnel and operational management. He has hands-on experience with real estate, manufacturing, distribution, ERP Implementations, business valuation, financial and litigation consulting and asset-based financing.

Adam is currently Chief Financial officer and Executive Vice President of Barron Lighting Group.  He joined Barron in May of 2010 as its Chief Financial Officer and has been responsible for all financial reporting and cash management functions while overseeing many of the the operational aspects of the company through a thirteen-year growth period that has seen the company almost triple in revenues, facilities and personnel.  Adam previously held management and executive positions with  Arthur Andersen LLP, KPMG LLP, Clifton Gunderson LLP and Scott Communities.

Adam is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors The Crossroads (board member since January, 2015 and previously served as Treasurer) and Treasurer of the Arizona Chapter of Financial Executives International (board member since 2014 and past president (2015-2016)).  He is a former board member for the Arizona Humane Society (2015-2017) , the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA 2013 – 2015) and past chairman for the ASCPA’s Business Valuation Conference, Business Valuation Committee and Information Technology Committee.

Mr. Miller received his Bachelors of Accountancy from Bentley College in Massachusetts and became a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona in 1989.  Mr. Miller is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in the Business Valuation discipline of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Adam was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and relocated to Arizona in 1987.  Adam currently lives in Tempe, Arizona with his wife Lori and their pets Hope Elizabeth (dog) and Chloe (cat).  He enjoys travel, golf, cooking, woodworking and is a Corvette (the car) enthusiast.
